March into early April is an exciting time to be a sports fan. March Madness is around the corner, and especially for golf fans, The Masters seemingly bookends winter. It means the start of spring and golf season.
To add to that excitement, we’re going to host a March Madness bracket of our own. And no, it’s not basketball.
We’re out to identify Canada’s best golf course logo, as voted through the Toronto Golf Nuts Golf Courses & Practice Facilities forum.
The format is the same: a bracket of 64 golf course logos, divided into 4 regions:
- Pacific West (British Columbia)
- Prairie Central (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba)
- Great Lakes East (Ontario and Quebec)
- Atlantic-Maritimes (New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland & Labrador)
Like the NCAA March Madness tournament, there’s also a ‘First Four’ round before the actual round of 64 to establish the bracket. The schedule is below, with the bracket at the very bottom of the post. Each round is 24 hours of voting on the forums with the winner advancing on to the next round.
